The technical visit shall includes local development/building facilities using the BIM technology successfully in the design and construction process. The focus will be on demonstrating the development of BIM for FM practices and how the new technology benefits different projects and their stakeholders. Participants will have a first-hand experience of these projects using BIM. This is an important element in the development and enhancement of knowledge and skills for FM professionals.
