David Stanford

David is an Executive Managing Director of RealFoundations.

Mr. Stanford has over 20 years combined experience in providing strategic financial and operational improvement services to clients in the property and building industry. Mr. Stanford leads our Owner/Operator and Institutional Investor practices and is responsible for corporate development activities of the firm.

Mr. Stanford is highly experienced in providing large-scale operational and systems integration services to private and public real estate owner/operators and institutional investors. Mr. Stanford is also highly experienced in assisting management teams with the alignment of business strategy and operational execution.
