 Mr. Keith Wu
Mr. Wu Shiu Kee, Keith is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Henderson Sunlight Asset Management Limited (“HSAM”), the asset manager of Sunlight REIT which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Wu has over 20 years of experience in the property, corporate finance and research related fields. Prior to joining HSAM, Mr. Wu was an executive director of Lai Sun Development Company Limited where he was responsible for overseeing corporate finance, planning and restructuring activities for the group.
Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto in Canada and an M.S. degree in Engineering-Economic Systems (being renamed Management Science and Engineering) from Stanford University, the United States.
