4. Application and Annual Registration Fee The annual registration fee payable by the establishment is HK$3,000.00 (Hong Kong Dollar Three Thousand). A non-refundable one-off application fee of HK$1,500.00 will be charged on application. The successful organisation will be presented with a specially designed PFME plaque and certificate. A list of registered PFME will be posted on the Institute's homepage. The plaque and certificate are the property of the Institute and should be returned in the event of non-continuation of registration due to voluntary withdrawal, non-renewal, cessation of meeting registration requirements or expungement.
5. Selection Committee A Select Committee will be duly convened to scrutinize applications and registration will be subjected to annual renewal. The Institute will not accept any liabilities in the accuracy of information provided as specifically required for consideration for registration purpose.
