Application / Nomination Form
The Application / Nomination period has ended. Thank you for your support.
- Application/nomination form should be submitted online on/before 18 April 2019 (Thursday). A PDF version of the submitted form will be sent to the designated email address upon submission.
- Administration fee (non-refundable) must be sent by crossed cheque payable to “The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management Limited”.
- The duly signed application/nomination form and administration fee (non-refundable) should be sent to “The HKIFM – Suite 2102, Connaught Commercial Building, 185 Wanchai Road, Hong Kong”.
- All documents/materials for each nomination/application must be submitted online on/berfore 14 May 2019 at 12:00 noon (Tuseday).
- Name of Facility and Organization should be the full title which would appear on any award trophy/certificate. Any change of documents/materials is not allowed after submission.
- Each nominated facility is eligible for submitting application to ONE (1) category only.
- Separate form for individual entry is required. Relevant information such as charts, photos or statistics, etc. can be attached as Appendices with this application/nomination.
- The Organising Committee may consider disqualifying the application if documents or materials required under the Application/Nomination Guidelines are not submitted.
- Grand Award winners shall arrange site visits for sharing their winning experience in 2020.
