Application / Nomination Form
The Application / Nomination period has ended. Thank you for your support.
- Application / Nomination Form should be submitted online on / before 27 April 2021 (Tuesday) 5:00 p.m. A PDF version of the submitted form will be sent to the designated email address upon successful submission.
- The PDF version of the submitted form should be printed, signed with company chop, and sent with the administration fee (non-refundable) to “The HKIFM – 6/F Sitoy Tower, 164 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon” by 11 May 2021.
- Administration fee (non-refundable) must be sent by crossed cheque payable to “The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management Limited”.
- All documents / materials for each application / nomination must be submitted online on / berfore 11 May 2021 (Tuesday) 12:00 noon.
- Name of Facility and Organization should be the full title which would appear on the award trophy / certificate.
- Each nominated facility is eligible for application / nomination to ONE (1) category only.
- Separate Application / Nomination Form for individual entry is required.
- HKIFM reserves the right to award any Category to the above Nominated Facility.
- The Organising Committee may consider disqualifying the application / nomination if documents or materials required under the Application / Nomination Guidelines are not submitted.
- The Organising Committee may arrange site visits to Grand Awardees' facility projects for sharing their winning experience in Year 2021 if required.
