For FM profession, the “People” aspect is defined as one of the major elements which organizations should value, with regards to its integration with work process and physical assets to serve particular strategic objectives. As such, the “FM People Award” is introduced to recognize practitioners with commendable achievements and performance in FM service sectors.
For each nominated facility project, only ONE (1) Nominee should be proposed for each of the following Sub-categories:
Organizing Committee reserves the right to request applicants / nominees to change their submission category after reviewing their position, actual job responsibilities and qualifications.
When Applicants / Nominees taking part in the “Excellence in Facility Management Award” under Categories 1A to 1P, they are welcome to recommend individual site staff to participate in the “FM People Award”. The result for this Award will not have any impact on the total score of both “Excellence in Facility Management Award” and “Theme Award”.
對於設施管理（FM）專業而言，「人」的層面被視為機構應重視的核心要素之一，因體現如何將「人」與工作流程及實體資產的融合、相互結合，以達成共同服務於的策略目標。因此特設「設施管理人才獎」，旨在表揚於設施管理服務領域中，秉持「工匠精神」並取得卓越成就與表現的從業人員。
各參賽機構只可為下列每⼀個⼦類別推薦⼀名參選⼈：
評審委員會有權在審核申請者的職位、實際工作職責和專業資格後，要求參選人 / 提名者更改其提交類別。
凡參加「卓越設施管理獎」類別 A 至 P 的申請者/提名者，均歡迎推薦其業員報名參加「設施管理人才獎」。
