Notes to Applicants

  1. Fill in and submit E-Nomination Form by 17 July 2026 12:00 noon.
  2. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the designated email address upon successful nomination. The acknowledgement email should be printed, signed with company chop and sent to “EFMA 2026 Secretariat – Unit 2907-2908, 29/F, New Tech Plaza, 34 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong” by 17 July 2026 at 12:00 noon.
  3. Fill in and submit the E-submission Portal by 7 August 2026 12:00 noon.
  4. All documents / materials for each Application / Nomination must be submitted ONLINE.
  5. Administration Fee is non-refundable once submitted.
  6. Administration Fee (non-refundable) accepted payment via,
    - FPS (Email Address: fps@hkifm.org.hk or FPS ID: 110831989): please mark Project Name under the "Message to Payee", or
    - Bank-in / Bank transfer (Account No: 015-256-68-11500-8 (Please select HK Dollar Current Account): please mark Project Name under the "Message to Payee / Reference No."

  7. Name of Facility and Organization should be the full title which would appear on the award trophy / certificate.
  8. Each nominated facility is eligible for application / nomination to ONE (1) category only.
  9. Separate Application / Nomination Form for individual entry is required.
  10. HKIFM reserves the right to award any Category to the above Nominated Facility.
  11. The Organising Committee may consider disqualifying the application / nomination if documents or materials required under the Application / Nomination Guidelines are not submitted.
  12. The Organising Committee may arrange site visits to Grand Awardees' facility projects for sharing their winning experience in Year 2026 or 2027 if required.
