The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (HKIFM) would like to invite facility management teams and individuals to attend the “Excellence in Facility Management Award (EFMA) 2026 Official Launch Ceremony”. This year’s slogan is “Driving Innovation in FM, Mastering Risks for Excellence”, which focuses on evaluating the strategies and action plans in integrating innovative initiatives into facility management services as well as controlling the potential threats, to create a more intelligent, effective and safety environment for their stakeholders at nominated facility projects.
Ms PANG Wai Sum, Diana, General Manager (Regulatory), representatives of the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA), Mr LAI Kin Man, Divisional Officer Legislation Amendment Working Group of Hong Kong Fire Services Department, and Mr LEE King Man, Martin, Dir/Corruption Prevention (Ag) of Independent Commission Against Corruption are invited to share the latest professional standard and their experience in attaining stakeholder aspirations in Facility Management. In addition, the session for briefing the EFMA 2026 application details and judging criteria is included.
