The Committee for Education and Membership is set up under the Council to deal with membership and education matters.

Terms of Reference of the Committee

• To lay down principles, guidelines and procedures for education and membership matters
• To propose and administer admission criteria and selection to various grades of membership

Membership Structure

The Honorary Secretary shall keep a Register of all members and students. All applications and enquires on membership matters shall be addressed to the Chairperson, Committee for Education and Membership. Every application will be assessed and considered individually by the Committee in accordance with the rules set up by the Committee from time to time.
