A Professional Facility Management Establishment (PFME) must:

• have at least one (1) HKIFM Corporate Member or Honorary Fellow
• be a service provider, facility management undertaking, education or research entity, etc.
• be active in advocating quality practice and the promotion of FM as a prime profession
• be in good standing in the local community
• subscribe to the HKIFM's Vision and Mission

The decision of the Council on registration is final that no reason will be given for not registering individual establishments.
